Booking Requirements:

• Contract plus 50% deposit is a requirement for all private and corporate events.
• Any dates outside of 60kms from Vernon/Kelowna must provide accommodations.
• Meals or snack tray for 3 at the end of the night & water at side-stage (much appreciated).
• As a weather precaution, any outdoor event bookings MUST provide a covered stage area on a flat surface.
